TERMS & CONDITIONS:

CHILD & SENIOR CITIZEN: Child below 18 years old must travel with parents. Disable and senior citizen passenger who has difficult walk and unfitted do not advise to board Le Grand Cruise, especially embark and disembark the steep slope at the piers.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY: The cruise assumes no liability to the guest(s) or its clients arising out of or in connection with any agreement, reservations, bookings, arrangements, representations or communication between the Cruise and its clients. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create a contract between The Cruise's clients or their client's guests or occupants.

LATE ARRIVAL OF PASSENGER: Le Grand Cruise is not obliged to provide other vehicles such as speed boat, local boat or van to their cruises for any late arrival passengers. A passenger shall be liable for any incurred costs caused by late arrival to departure of the cruise and shall not be entitled to claim for any damages or compensation whatsoever from Le Grand Cruise.

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of any causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, strike, change of orders or regulations of the Government of Lao PDR, the fluctuation of water level of the Le Grand Cruise’s itinerary or routing can be modified, rearranged, replaced by Le Grand Cruise.

RIGHT TO REFUSAL: These services and packages are privately owned and managed by Le Grand Pakbeng Resort Sole Co, therefore, reserves the right to refuse to provide the service to anyone under its sole assessment. The refused passenger shall not be entitled to claim any damages or compensation whatsoever from Le Grand Cruise.

BAGGAGE LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited to approximately USD50.00 per passenger.

INSURANCE: Very limit compensation for the 3rd party insurance to cover the case by local insurance company. We recommend you purchasing your all travel insurances from your home country before boarding.

GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lao PDR.
